- Appraisal/Report number must contain a minimum of 9 characters.
- Access code must contain a minimum of 5 characters.
- Click in the box to browse, or drag and drop .pdf (no password protected PDF files), .png, .jpeg, .jpg, and .JPG files in the “Drop Images Here” box.
- To view or delete any appraisal, click on the search icon, and enter the Appraisal/Report number.

Q: I am an appraiser. Why do I need GemRap to store my information when I can just save it on my own computer or server?
A: Technology is an amazing thing. With so much internet fraud and identity theft around us, we nowadays hear the big companies getting hacked and their information compromised. Q: Well if that’s the case, why do I need GemRap when I can just email my appraisal and pictures to my customer?

Because even email accounts get hacked and information is stolen. Of course you can email your appraisal and pictures to a customer. However, what if the customer lost the email? Many of us nowadays store thousands of emails in our Yahoo, Gmail and similar accounts. Why trouble the customer in having to dig through thousands of emails from years ago to find their appraisal. Why search through your sent folder to find out what you sent a customer years ago?
